Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026. Last updated October 17, 2026.

These terms are a contract between you and DOT Services of America LLC. Please read them. If you subscribe to a TruckerSites.com plan, you are agreeing to them.

We have written these terms in plain language on purpose. Nothing here is hidden in fine print, and we have not used words you would need a lawyer to explain. If any part is unclear, call us at 772-262-4440 before you subscribe and we will walk you through it.

1. Who we are

TruckerSites.com is operated by DOT Services of America LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean DOT Services of America LLC. “You” and “your” mean the person or company subscribing to the service.

TruckerSites.com is a trade name we operate under. It is not a separate company. Your contract is with DOT Services of America LLC.

DOT Services of America LLC is a private company. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, or any other government agency. We do not issue, renew, or influence any federal or state authority, registration, or credential.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you subscribe to a plan, complete an intake form, or use a website we build or host for you. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe.

3. What the service is

TruckerSites.com builds, hosts, and maintains websites for trucking companies. We offer the following plans:

What is included at each level — number of pages, features, content, and support — is described on our pricing page and in the plan description you see at checkout. The plan description in effect when you subscribe is the one that applies to your subscription.

We may add features or improve the service over time. We will not remove a material feature from your plan during a paid month.

4. Price, billing, and renewal

Price. The price of each plan is published on our pricing page. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that governs your subscription. For Fleet Command, the price is the one stated in the written quote you accept.

Billing. Subscriptions are monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, see, or store your card number. Charges appear on your statement as DOTSOA* TRUCKERSITES.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same card until you cancel. There is no contract term and no minimum number of months.

Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue at the new price.

Taxes. Prices do not include any sales, use, or similar taxes that may apply. If a taxing authority requires us to collect tax on your subscription, it will be added to your charge.

5. Build timeline

Your site will be live within three business days of your completed intake form.

The three-day clock starts when your intake form is complete — not when you pay. If we are waiting on information, logos, photographs, or approvals from you, the clock is paused until we have what we need. We will tell you what is missing.

6. Missed payments, reinstatement, and how long we keep your site

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it and let you know.

Restore fees cover the work of taking a site back out of storage and putting it back into service. They are not a penalty.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

To cancel, call 772-262-4440 or email support@truckersites.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

When you cancel:

8. What happens at the end of your subscription

When your subscription ends, we stop hosting your site.

Requests for domains or copies of your materials should be made within 210 days of your subscription ending, while your site is still retained under section 6.

9. Your responsibilities

To get a site built and keep it running, you agree to:

You are responsible for what goes on your site. If you tell us to publish something, we rely on your word that you have the right to publish it.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service, or let anyone else use it, to:

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us first.

11. Suspension and termination by us

Suspension for breach. If you breach these terms, we may suspend your site after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem — usually ten days, and sooner if the breach is causing ongoing harm.

Immediate suspension. We may take a site, a page, or a file offline immediately, without advance notice, if it:

When we act immediately, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and explain what we took down and why. Where the problem is limited to one page or file, we will remove only that page or file, not your whole site.

Termination. We may end your subscription with 30 days’ written notice, for any reason. If we end your subscription for convenience rather than for your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the month you have paid for.

Termination for cause. We may end your subscription immediately if you repeat a breach after we have asked you to stop, if you do not fix a breach within the time we gave you, or if payment has failed and remains unpaid past day 210 under section 6.

Non-payment is not a breach of these terms. It is handled under section 6, and section 6 governs.

12. Text message program

We run a text message program under the program name TruckerSites.com.

What we send. Messages about the website demo you asked for, confirmation of a scheduled call, and follow-up about the service we discussed.

How you join. You join only by giving us your consent — either in writing, or verbally on a call that we log in our system — and then confirming it. When you give us consent, we send you one confirmation text. You are not enrolled until you reply YES to that confirmation text. If you do not reply, we do not text you again.

How often. Approximately 4 messages over about 1 month.

Cost. We do not charge for the texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will get one confirmation that you have been removed, and then nothing further. You can also call 772-262-4440 or email support@truckersites.com to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call 772-262-4440 or email support@truckersites.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy, use, or keep any TruckerSites.com plan, and we will not charge you more or give you less if you decline or opt out.

How we handle the information. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent are not shared outside this program. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.

13. Calls and email

By subscribing, you agree we may contact you by phone and email about your order, your site, your account, and your billing. These are service messages and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active account, though you can ask us to use email instead of phone.

Marketing email is separate. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.

If you ask us to stop calling you, we will stop. We keep a record of that request so it is honored going forward.

14. Who owns what

You own your material. Your text, your photographs, your logos, your trade names, your customer lists, and your contact form submissions remain yours. Subscribing gives us permission to use them for the purpose of building, hosting, maintaining, and supporting your site, and nothing more.

We own ours. Our page templates, code, stylesheets, design systems, hosting configuration, internal tools, and the know-how behind them remain ours. Your subscription gives you the right to use the site we build for you while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of our underlying materials, and it is not a license to copy them, resell them, or use them to build sites for anyone else.

Our name. TruckerSites.com, DOT Services of America, and our logos are ours. You may say you are a TruckerSites.com customer. You may not use our name or logo to suggest we endorse your company.

15. TruckerOutpost.com membership

Every TruckerSites.com customer receives a free TruckerOutpost.com membership for as long as their subscription is active. TruckerOutpost.com is another service we operate under a different trading name — it is the same company, DOT Services of America LLC. It has its own terms of service and privacy policy, and your use of it is governed by those documents rather than these terms. The membership is included at no cost and is not refundable or exchangeable for credit.

16. Visibility Reports

A Visibility Report is a snapshot. It shows what we could see about your company online at the moment we ran it, assembled from public records and licensed data sources. It is not an audit, a compliance review, a safety rating, or a valuation, and it is not legal, insurance, or regulatory advice.

Public records change, and the sources we draw on are not ours and can be wrong or out of date. We do not warrant that any report is complete or error-free, and you should not rely on one as your only source for a business decision.

17. No guaranteed results

We build you a professional website and we host it well. We do not promise what it will do for your business.

We do not guarantee more freight, more calls, better rates, specific search rankings, placement on any particular platform, or any particular revenue. Anything we say about typical outcomes is an illustration, not a promise.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

We will perform the service with reasonable skill and care.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE SENTENCE ABOVE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data obtained from public records or third-party sources.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties. In those states, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law allows, and you may have additional rights.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No indirect damages. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost freight, lost business opportunity, or loss of data, even if the party was told such damages were possible.

Cap. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

What this does not limit. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or your obligation to pay amounts you owe us.

Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, this section applies only to the extent the law allows.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOT Services of America LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, cost, or expense — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or relating to:

We will tell you promptly about any claim we want you to cover, let you control the defense with counsel of your choosing, and cooperate with you at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation on us, or admits fault on our behalf, without our written agreement.

We agree to defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from any third-party claim that the templates, code, or design materials we supply — as we supplied them, and not as you modified them or combined them with your own material — infringe a United States copyright or trademark.

21. Events outside our control

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by something outside its reasonable control, including a natural disaster, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, terrorism, labor action, epidemic, government order, failure of a utility or telecommunications provider, failure of an upstream hosting provider or data center, or a widespread internet or network outage.

If an event like this affects hosting for more than ten consecutive days, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the month you have paid for. This section does not excuse you from paying amounts already due.

22. Resolving a dispute

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, call 772-262-4440 or email support@truckersites.com. Most problems are a misunderstanding about scope or billing and can be fixed in a phone call.

Written notice. Before either of us starts a lawsuit, the party with the complaint will send the other written notice describing the dispute, the facts behind it, and what it wants in order to resolve it. Notice to us goes to support@truckersites.com and to our mailing address in section 27. Notice to you goes to the email and mailing address on your account.

Thirty days of good faith. For 30 days after that notice, both parties will work in good faith to resolve the dispute, including at least one conversation between people with authority to settle it. Neither party will start a lawsuit during that period.

If that does not work. Either party may then bring the dispute in court, subject to section 23.

What this does not delay. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking an injunction or other immediate relief from a court to stop ongoing harm — for example, to stop infringement, protect confidential information, or take down unlawful content — or from reporting a matter to a regulator or law enforcement.

23. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any lawsuit arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving St. Lucie County, Florida. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

24. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. It is part of these terms and is available at truckersites.com/privacy-policy/.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you directly — by email to the address on your account — at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not want to continue under the new terms, you can cancel under section 7 before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Changes are not retroactive. The version in effect when something happened is the version that governs it.

26. Other terms

Entire agreement. These terms, our Privacy Policy, the plan description you accepted at checkout, and any written quote you accepted are the whole agreement between us about the service. They replace any earlier discussion, proposal, or sales conversation.

Nothing changes without writing. No change to these terms is effective unless it is in writing. A sales representative cannot change these terms verbally, and nothing said on a phone call adds to or takes away from what is written here.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up.

Severability. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary rather than struck entirely.

Assignment. You may not transfer your subscription or these terms to another company without our written agreement, except as part of a sale of substantially all of your business, in which case you will tell us within 30 days. We may assign these terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of our business.

Notices. Notices to you go to the email address on your account, and are effective when sent. Notices to us go to support@truckersites.com and to our mailing address in section 27, and are effective when received.

Independent parties. We are an independent contractor. These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between us.

No third-party beneficiaries. These terms are between you and us. No one else can enforce them.

Survival. Sections 14, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, and 26 survive the end of your subscription, along with any obligation to pay amounts already due.

Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect the meaning of these terms.
